When can one get booster dose against COVID in Nepal?

The Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP)has made arrangements to give booster dose after three months of second dose of COVID vaccination.

The family welfare division of the ministry has released a press release addressing all state health directorates and 77 district health offices requesting to give booster dose within three months of completing the first series of vaccinations. Earlier, it was the government's policy to give a booster dose only six months.

The press release states, "Based on the recommendation of the National Vaccine Advisory Committee, the Government of Nepal, as per the decision of the MoHP, requests you to make arrangements to give booster dose, three months after the completion of the first series of COVID vaccination."
