The Ministry of Health and Population has directed the subordinate bodies to provide the details of vaccination against the corona virus by Wednesday.
The directive was issued as some district and local levels did not submit the details within the stipulated time. The committee has directed the health offices of six districts and 109 local levels to submit the details by tomorrow, said Dr. Gunaraj Lohani, coordinator of the committee.
The ministry had formed a five-member investigation committee on January 29 under the coordination of Dr. Lohani, the chief expert of the ministry, after it failed to find the exact number of vaccines. Earlier, the committee had directed the management division of the health service department, health supply management centers of all the seven states, all 77 district health offices, and 753 local levels to send the details of vaccine stock and vaccinated persons by January 6.
