Yubaraj Khatiwada has been appointed the non-resident ambassador of Costa Rica. He was appointed to the post today by President Bidhya Devi Bhandari.
Khatiwada is also the ambassador to the United States of America.
He was appointed as the non-resident ambassador of Costa Rica today as per Article 282 (1) of the Constitution of Nepal.
