The government has decided to publish the names of martyrs of the People's War and People's Movement in the Nepal Gazette.
A meeting of the Council of Ministers held Monday at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers in Singhadurbar took a decision to this effect.
Details on this issue would be shared in the regular press conference to be organized at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Spokesperson of the government and Minister for Communications and Information Technology Rekha Sharma said.
The name of individuals who got martyrdom in the decade-long insurgency and People's Movement-2062/063 would be published in the Nepal Gazette.
Likewise, today's cabinet meeting has decided on the names of the public offices that are to be opened during public holidays.
