Construction of one house and one tap in Bansbot and Lampata areas of Baglung Municipality-8 has been completed. In the Sanyakot area where drinking water is a problem, 65 houses have been connected to drinking water last year. Currently, drinking water taps have been constructed in Albari, Banskot, Lampata, Pakhawari and other affected areas.

According to Kopila Khadka, a local of Sigana, the area has an unmanaged community drinking water supply. The locals of this place are happily stunned when the unmanaged drinking water is managed and taps are connected to the houses.

They had to wait for the turn of community tap water. Chairman of the Baglung-8 Sigana Drinking Water and Sanitation Project, Yagya Raj Gotam, informed that drinking water is being supplied to 21 sources except the Baglung-8 Sigana Lamichaur Dalit settlement. "Drinking water has been provided in 21 small and large wells since 2073 BS. At present, drinking water has been supplied to 65 houses in Lampata and other areas," he said. Drinking water has reached every house. ”

Till now, there were 12 community taps in the area, unregulated, uncomfortable water distribution. According to the budget of the Drinking Water and Sanitation Division Office, Baglung, work is underway to provide access to drinking water including one house and one tap in Sigana. A water collection tank with a capacity of 20,000 liters has been constructed and distributed by bringing water from the source of Chitepani Alawari to supply water to 65 houses. I have allocated Rs.
