Prohibitory order extended till June 7 in Banke

The local administration has extended the ongoing prohibition order for one more week in the district.

According to Chief District Officer (CDO) Shivaram Gelal, the prohibition order has been extended until June 7 aimed at controlling the spread of coronavirus. All kinds of mobility except for emergency cases have been prohibited in this period.

A total of 291 people have died of COVID-19 infection in the district as of today.
