Police have made public the identity of persons accused of killing six members of a family in Madi Municipality-1, Sankhuwasabha district.
The accused has been identified as Lok Bahadur Karki (26), the nephew of one of the deceased Tej Bahadur.
Police paraded the accused at a press conference organised at Province 1 Police Office in Chainpur, Sankhuwasabha district.
Police on Monday morning made it clear that Lok murdered all six family members due to take personal vengeance on them.
The accused allegedly murdered six members including two minors of the Karki family members last Monday.
Persons killed in the incident have been identified as Tej Bahadur Karki (58), his mother Parbata Karki (84), spouse Kamala (52), daughter-in-law Ranjana (28), grandson Dipen (11), and granddaughter Goma (5).
