KATHMANDU: The Weather Forecasting Division has indicated that westerly and local winds are having a partial impact on the weather across the nation.
Currently, the hilly regions, especially in Koshi and Gandaki provinces, are mostly clear, while other areas are experiencing partly cloudy skies.
This afternoon, the mountainous regions, including Koshi Province, are expected to remain partly cloudy to mostly clear, with similar conditions in the rest of the country.
There is a chance of light rain and lightning in isolated spots of the hilly areas, particularly in Koshi Province.
Tonight, the weather is forecasted to be mostly clear, although the hilly regions, including Koshi Province, may see some partly cloudy conditions.
However, light rain and lightning could occur in one or two locations within the hilly areas of Gandaki Province, including Koshi Province.
