A woman died after being attacked by a wild elephant in Chitwan's Bharatpur Metropolitan City- 28.
70-year-old Bhagirathi Subedi, who was making a fire in her yard, died after being attacked by a wild elephant last night.
DSP Vijayraj Pandit, spokesperson of District Police Office Chitwan, informed that Subedi, who was seriously injured by an elephant attack, died last night at 10.30 pm during treatment at Bharatpur Hospital. Her body has been kept at Bharatpur Hospital for post-mortem.
