Vice-Chairman and Spokesperson of the CPN (Maoist Centre) Krishna Bahadur Mahara have said that the goal of establishing socialism in the country could not achieve until all communist forces came to a position with self-realization.
Addressing an interaction program on "Need of Establishment of Socialism and its Relevance" organized by CPN (Maoist Socialist) in the capital city on Friday, Vice-Chairman Mahara said a common forum should be developed for igniting discussions and debate on socialism. "All communists need to realize their shortcomings on their own," Spokesperson Mahara argued.
Likewise, the Coordinator of CPN Bahumat, Dharmendra Bastola, claimed that socialism could not be achieved with the continuation of this system but with a breakthrough. He called for unity to ensure change for the existing status quo.
CPN (Revolutionary Maoist) leader Pari Thapa, CPN (Maoist Centre) leader Ram Dip Acharya, communist leaders Chiran Pun, Raju Karki, Jagrit Rayamajhi, Arun Gurung and others said that there should be unity among communist parties with new vigor for establishing scientific socialism.
On the occasion, Chairman of CPN (Maoist Socialist) Karn Jit Budhathoki presented a paper on the need and relevance of the establishment of socialism.
