The Nepali team has returned home after playing the U-20 SAFF Championship in India. The Nepali team was eliminated from the group stage of the competition held at the Kalinga Stadium in Odisha, India.
Nepal played four matches in the tournament, winning two matches, losing one match and drawing one match. Nepal failed to reach the final.
The Nepali team was welcomed by All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) President Pankaj Vikram Nembang and others.
Bangladesh and India will compete for the title on Friday.
