KATHMANDU: The All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) has made a new arrangement for ticket sales for the final match of the SAFF Women's Championship between Nepal and Bangladesh to be held on Wednesday. ANFA made the announcement during a press conference in Kathmandu on Tuesday.
Tickets will be sold from Jawalakhel football ground, ANFA Complex and Bhadrakali Army Gate from 8 am on Wednesday.
ANFA spokesperson Suresh Shah stated that tickets for the Nepal-India semifinal match sold out the stadium's seating capacity, leading ANFA to manage ticket sales for the final.
Mount Everest Sports and Events Pvt. Ltd. had secured the ticketing rights for the SAFF Championship by winning a tender process with a bid of 8 million rupees.
According to ANFA, tickets for the finals will no longer be sold online, and ANFA has said that the money will be refunded to those who bought tickets online earlier.
In the stadium, the ticket price has been set at Rs 1,000 for VIP and Rs 500 for general. The final match is being held on Wednesday at 6:30 pm at Dashrath Stadium.
