Papua New Guinea (PNG) has given a target of 205 runs to Nepal in the triangular series being played in UAE under ICC Cricket World Cup League Two.
Batting first after winning the toss, PNG lost 8 wickets in 50 overs and scored 204 runs. Charles Amini was the top scorer for PNG with 59 runs.
Sandeep Lamichhane, who made his ODI captaincy debut in the same game. Then captain Asad Bhala and Charles Amini tried to handle the innings. For Nepal, Sampal Kami took 3 wickets for 48 runs in 10 overs. Arif Sheikh, Sandeep Lamichhane and Gyanendra Malla took 1-1 wickets.
