7 Nepalese athletes will compete in the Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Dhaka Marathon to be held in Dhaka, Bangladesh. 7 athletes including 3 men and 4 women are going to compete in the marathon (42.195 km). The marathon will be held on January 26.
Among the male players are the gold winners of the 13th South Asian Games (SAG) Kiran Singh Bogti, Khadag Bahadur Khadka, and Prakash Singh Air. Among the women are Pushpa Bhandari, 13th SAG gold medalist Santoshi Shrestha, Bindradhanke Shrestha, and Sumitra Chaudhary. Pushpa has won 2 gold and 1 bronze medals and Bindra has won 1 bronze medal in the previous editions of Dhaka Marathon.
