Government recalling its citizen back

The last group of 32 Nepalis awaiting repatriation after the Taliban takeover in Afghanistan has landed in Kathmandu on Saturday, the government said.

A total of 895 Nepalis have been rescued from Afghanistan.

Ten Nepali nationals rescued from Afghanistan arrived in Kathmandu today.

Eight Nepalis rescued from Afghanistan on Saturday arrived in Kathmandu Sunday via Doha of Qatar, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said.
