An agreement to form a power alliance between Congress and UML
Nepali Congress and CPN-UML have agreed to form a new coalition to run the government.
It was agreed to form a government under the leadership of UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli and to form a government under the leadership of Sher Bahadur Deuba for the second term.
According to Nepal Television's NTV Online, the agreement reached on Monday night.
Min Bishwakarma, Head of Publicity Department of Nepali Congress, informed NTV Online that it was agreed that UML will take 9 ministries including the Ministry of Finance and Nepali Congress will take 10 ministries including the Ministry of Home Affairs in the Oli-led government.
