The Chief of Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Balendra Shah (Balen) said that the importance of Indrajatra festival has been emphasized on promotion at national and international level. Chief Shah said this at the press conference held today.
Chief Shah informed that sister cities have been invited to observe the festival.
Deputy chief Sunita Dangol said that she will lead the Rath Yatra on the day when only women will pull the chariot in Indra Jatra.
