One person has died in an explosion at the Sagarmatha Oxygen Plant inside the industrial area of Lalitpur. Four people have been injured.
SP Siddhi Bikram Shah of the Lalitpur Metropolitan Police Complex said that the police are now rescuing workers at the plant.
