The High Court Patan has issued an interlocutory order, asking Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC), not to demolish the Bhadrakumari Ghale charity building located at Anamnagar, Kathmandu.
Justice Shyamji Pradhan issued the order on Wednesday. The building having Bhadrakumari Ghale Sewa Sadan must not be damaged, the order read.
Both sides of the dispute have been invited for discussion on July 24. Similarly, the Court ordered KMC to furnish a written response as to why the charity building was being demolished.
KMC, which had begun bulldozing the charity building, stopped it with the issuance of interlocutory order.
