Emir of the State of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, is set to arrive in Nepal later on Tuesday afternoon for a two-day state visit at the invitation of President Ram Chandra Paudel.
During his visit, the Emir will meet with President Paudel at Shital Niwas and attend a state banquet hosted by the President in his honour.
Additionally, Sheikh Tamim will engage in bilateral discussions with Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ on Wednesday. The leaders will oversee the signing of several bilateral agreements and memorandums of understanding following their talks.
The Qatari Emir is expected to depart from Kathmandu on April 24.
