Mojito and Gold rush cocktails at home

Celebrate the weekend with friends at home and impress them with your cocktail-making skills. Follow bartender Amrit Tamang’s tips to make these cocktails at home. Let the fun begin.

Mojito

Ingredients

• 60 ml white rum
• 30ml lemon juice
• 2 teaspoon sugar
• 5 mint leaves
• 3 cubes ice

Methods

Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Then strain through a tea strainer in a chilled glass. Top with some soda and lastly garnish with a few mint leaves.

Gold rush

Ingredients

• 60 ml whiskey
• 30ml lemon juice
• 2 teaspoon honey
• 3 cubes ice

Methods

Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Then strain through a tea strainer in a chilled glass.
