The construction of a concrete building of Sishu Kalyan Higher Secondary School at Bharatpokhari of Pokhara Metropolitan City-33 has been completed.
Inaugurating the newly constructed building, Gandaki Finance Minister Ramji Prasad Baral (Jeevan) pointed out the need to focus on technical education. Stating that socialist education is needed today to create self-employment, he stressed on the need to increase the quality of education in community schools instead of opposing institutional schools.
Shiva Prasad Acharya, ward chairman of Pokhara-33, Praveen Acharya, former chairman, Dilliram Baral, advisor of the school, Devi Acharya, chairman of Valadevi Ama group, Krishna Adhikari, local educationist, Ram Chandra Adhikari and others highlighted the importance of education.
