MIS operator Birendra Kumar Yadav and accountant Teknarayan Yadav of Saptari's Bishnupur Rural Municipality have been detained by the Abuse of Authority Investigation Commission team.
This morning, the operator Yadav was taking 2 lakh cash and the accountant Yadav was taking a check of 3 lakh rupees from the customer.
They were taken into custody by Rajbiraj while taking bribes from service users while paying for schemes such as solar light installation.
