Former minister Prem Bahadur Ale's mother, Ganga Devi, passed away today at 4 am during treatment at the Grandi Inter-night Hospital in Kathmandu, according to her family.
Due to high blood pressure, she was brought from Doti to Kathmandu on November 11 and admitted to the hospital.
