Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba has congratulated Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the people of India for successful landing of the Chandrayaan-3 on the surface of the moon.
The former Prime Minister took to his social media account to congratulate India for the successful feat. India's unmanned spacecraft landed on the moon at 6:00 pm on Wednesday.
