Prime Minister and Nepali Congress president Sher Bahadur Deuba has said he is fully committed to abiding by the people’s mandate.

He has requested all the voters to enthusiastically exercise their franchise on coming November 20, giving a mandate to the Left-Democratic Alliance incorporating the Nepali Congress, the CPN (Maoist Centre), the CPN (Unified Socialist), the Sanghiya Samajwadi Party and the Rastriya Janamorcha to serve for them for the next five years and contribute to safeguarding the Constitution.

The Prime Minister was addressing an election gathering organised by the Alliance at West Nawalparasi-1 today. “Alliance’s winning is necessary to protect democracy and the Constitution.”

NC’s Binod Chaudhary is competing in the HoR election from the Paschim Nawalparasi-1. On the occasion, Deuba urged the people to support the NC candidate on November 20.
