President Bidya Devi Bhandari has certified three bills.
The bills presented to the President by both Houses of parliament were certified as per Article 113 (2) of Constitution of Nepal, according to President's Office.
The certified bills are- bill made to amend and integrate laws on insurance, bill made to amend and integrate laws on management of public debt, and bill made to manage animal health and livestock service entrepreneurs' council.
