NP Saud of the Nepali Congress has been appointed as the new foreign minister of Nepal. President Ramchandra Paudel administered the oath to him today.
On the same occasion, Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda administered the oath to the newly appointed Minister of State for Physical Infrastructure and Transport, Nanda Chapai.
She is the leader of the United Samajwadi Party.
The Council of Ministers now has 19 members.
