In the current Fiscal Year, the number of users of temporary contraceptives has decreased compared to the previous Fiscal Year.
In the economic survey of the Fiscal Year 2021/22, it has been found that there is a decrease of 224,786 people as compared to the previous year. As of the end of the current fiscal year, there are 514,063 users of temporary contraceptives. In the previous Fiscal Year 2020/21, the number of people using temporary means was 7,38,849.
In the fiscal year 2078/79, the use of family planning tools was 44.2 percent.
