Vote counting begins in Nawalpur-2

Counting of votes has started in Region No. 2 of Nawalpur. A total of 85,400 votes were cast in District No. 2 in the election of members of the House of Representatives and State Assembly held on Sunday. 

According to District Election Officer Lal Prasad Sharma Bhusal, 48,389 women, 37,000 men, and one third-sex voter participated in zone 2 of the district. District Election Officer Bhusal said that there were 129 thousand 280 voters in this area of ​​the district and 66 percent voting. According to Chief Electoral Officer Umesh Prasad Luintel, the counting of the votes of area No. 2 will be held from tonight. 

According to Luintel, after the polling at Devchuli-4 polling station, the ballot boxes will be brought to the polling station and preparations will be made for the counting of votes. Luitel said that after the ballot box comes to Kawasoti, an all-party meeting will be held and the votes will be counted.
