Independent candidate wins in Humla's Changkheli

Independent candidate Pyarilal Shahi has been elected in Changkheli village municipality of Humla district. He received 1,695 votes and won by a margin of 523 votes. His rival Govinda Bahadur was the candidate of the CPN (Maoist Center) from the Royal Alliance.

Similarly, Prem Kala Shahi of the CPN (Unified Socialist) has secured 1,372 votes while his rival Maina Budha of the Nepali Congress has secured 1,173 votes.

In Ward no. 1 of Changkheli, Govinda Bohara of UML, Birkh Singh of Nepali Congress in Ward no. 2, Bharmal Budha of UCPN (Maoist) in ward no.
