Nepali Congress candidate Ramesh Rizal has been elected in Parsa Constituency No. 4 House of Representatives election. Rizal won by defeating CPN (UML) candidate Zalim Mian by 5,530 votes.
When 262,496 votes were counted, UML candidate Mian got 25,612 votes while Congress candidate Rizal won by getting 31,142 votes.
