Chitwan 2 Vote Count: RSP's Rabi Lamichhane leading with a wide margin
Rastriya Swatantra Party's candidate Rabi Lamichhane has been leading the vote count by a wide margin. So far, he collected 40,069 votes while contender Jit Narayan Shrestha of Nepali Congress got 7,457 votes and CPN UML candidate Ram Prasad Neupane collected 7,268 votes.
A total of 56,496 votes have been counted so far, said the assistant election officer at the Office of Chief Returning Officer in Bharatpur, Ishwor Acharya.
So far, 870 votes have been invalid.
