Nepal, India, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Maldives, Sri Lanka, and Pakistan, whose ban has been lifted by FIFA, are also scheduled to compete in the tournament. Nepal had previously organized the fifth edition of Mahila Saaf. In the competition held in Biratnagar, Nepal became the runner-up after losing to India.
