World record holder Climber Kamirita Sherpa has returned to the base camp after reaching the summit of Mount Everest 28 times and setting a new world record. He returned to the base camp along with other members of his team.
He reached the summit of Everest for the 28th time only yesterday. Only a few days ago, he reached the peak for the 27th time. The 53-year-old Sherpa has been setting world records on Mount Everest for the past few years.
Just a few days ago, another climber, Pasang Dawa Sherpa, managed to climb Mt. 27 times. He also reached the peak twice in 9 days this year.
