A person has died due to a tipper collision in Dakshinkali Municipality Gwaldah of Kathmandu.
The deceased has been identified as 24-year-old Sandip Tamang of Belkotgarhi Municipality in Nuwakot. Tamang, a road construction worker, was hit while backing the mini-tipper. Tamang, who was seriously injured, died during treatment at Medicity Hospital in Bhainsepati, Lalitpur.
The driver involved in the accident has been detained by the police.
