A new 151-member working committee has been selected under the leadership of Dr. Suraj Lamichhane from the ninth national convention of Progressive Engineers Association of Nepal (PEAN).
Aman Kumar Maskey, Dujendra Basnet, Deukaji Gurung, Dr. SP Parajuli, Shivam Puri and Sanjeev Rokaha are the vice chairmen of the committee, Dr. Bhesraj Thapa is the general secretary, Tekraj Subedi and Soumya Bhatt are the deputy general secretaries, Prakash GC, Rajan Thapa, Dhurvaraj Bhattarai, Adata Regmi, Suman Neupane and Naresh Khadka are the secretaries. Tej Prasad Dhamala has been selected as treasurer.
Outgoing Chairman Shambhu Bahadur Shrestha handed over the office to Chairman Lamichhane. The convention was inaugurated by CPN (UML) Chairman KP Sharma Oli on April 6 this year.
