According to health officials, the number of people admitted to the hospital is increasing at the rate of at least 6% every day. The number of infections and deaths has been on the rise in recent days. According to the CDC, unvaccinated people are 6 times more likely to be infected than those who are not vaccinated.
Similarly, an unvaccinated person is at least 14 times more likely to die than a vaccinated person.
