Dhurmus-Suntali Foundation exempted of tax

The government has decided to exempt tax amounts to Dhurmus-Suntali Foundation incurred in the handover of houses, which were under the ownership of Giranchaur Integrated Model Settlement Reconstruction and Tourism Promotion Project.

A meeting of the Council of Ministers held Tuesday took this decision, spokesperson of government and Minister for Communications and Information Technology Rekha Sharma said.

Minister Sharma added that a decision has been made to form a Nepali team to jointly reinstate the Border Pillar No. 531 in the existing place at Tatopani along the Nepal-China border.

Likewise, Minister Sharma said that the government is working for the rescue, relief and rehabilitation works for the victims of floods and landslides that have taken place in some districts of eastern Nepal.
