The Dumre-Beshisahar road section has opened for traffic from today. The road section had been obstructed since Wednesday night due to a landslide triggered by incessant rain.
The landslide at Adherikhola of Bhanu Municipality-1 had blocked the road disrupting the movement of vehicles. The landslide debris deposited on the road had been removed and the road opened for traffic on Thursday. But it was again obstructed by the occurrence of landslides at multiple places along the road section.
The road section has been opened for traffic today after clearing the landslide debris from the road, District Police Office's deputy superintendent Yubaraj Timilsina said.
