The Election Commission cleared that Commission was not instructed to candidate Dr. Toshima Karki's campaign with the 'bell' symbol.
Dr. Karki is a candidate from Lalitpur Region No. 3 on behalf of the National Independent Party.
The Commission has made it clear that the Election Commission has not given any instructions to her. The National Independent party's election symbol is a bell.
