UML's lead in Tulsipur sub-metropolis

The CPN UML has decided to vote against the government during the vote of confidence at the House of Representatives.

UML still has the lead in the Dang Tulsipur sub-metropolis. UML's Tikaram Khadka is leading with 1,650 votes. He has got 24 thousand 891 votes, and his nearest rival Gehendra Giri of Nepali Congress has secured 23 thousand 206 votes.

UML also has the lead as the Deputy Chief. UML's deputy mayoral candidate Sani Chaudhary is in lead with 24,572 votes, and UCPN-M's Jog Bahadur Rana has bagged 17,333 votes. There is a difference of 7,239 votes between them.

As the results of 13 wards in Tulsipur have been made public, it is yet to be declared that Khusi Ram Chaudhary of UCPN (Maoist) has won in ward no. UML had won the previous local elections. In the sub-metropolis, out of 101,460 voters, 74,336 had cast their votes.
