Dil Bahadur Thapa Shambu, the driver of the vehicle who was injured after falling from the roof of the house of Rashtriya Swatantra Party Rabi Lamichhane in Chitwan, died during treatment. He died at Medicity Hospital in Lalitpur on Tuesday at 1:35 pm. Thapa, who suffered severe head injuries, was also operated on in Bharatpur. He was brought to Medicity Hospital in Lalitpur by an army helicopter for further treatment.
