Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal and National Independent Party Chairman Rabi Lamichhane had a meeting.
A meeting was held between them at the Prime Minister's residence Baluwatar this morning.
During the meeting, Prime Minister congratulated Lamichhane for being elected to the post of MP in the by-election, according to his secretariat.
National Independent Party Central Committee meeting is sitting at 11 am on Monday.
