55 percent of registered voters cast ballots as of 4 pm

According to the Election Commission, 55 percent of voting has taken place in the local level elections till 4 pm today.

The election started at 7 am today. The preliminary data received by the commission states that 55 percent of the voting has been completed by 4 o'clock.
